Registered with the British Association of Counsellors (B.A.C.P.)
Qualified Play Therapist, P.T.U.K.
Sometimes children don't have the words for what they're feeling, and that's okay. As a qualified Play and Creative Therapist, I work with children and teenagers aged 5 to 15, offering a gentle, non-judgmental space where they can express themselves in ways that feel natural to them.
Through play, art, storytelling, and creative techniques, I help young people make sense of difficult experiences whether that's anxiety, trauma, loss, family change, or the everyday pressures of growing up. You don't need to have all the answers to reach out. I'm here to help you find them together.
Registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a qualified Play Therapist (PTUK), you can feel confident your child is in experienced, caring hands.

Sarah Rose
Knight
Child Therapist
Hi, I’m Sarah, a Creative Therapist who provides a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space for children and teenagers aged 5 to 15. I use a flexible, integrative approach that includes creative activities, art, games, and therapeutic techniques to help young people explore and express their feelings in ways that feel natural to them.
This process focuses on expression rather than artistic ability and can be especially helpful when emotions are hard to put into words. Creative therapy can support children in understanding their experiences, processing trauma, building resilience, and finding positive ways forward.
